The Coronavirus crisis has really been like nothing we’ve ever experienced in our lifetimes; the level of chronic stress that everyone is under is off the scale.
And we must remember one thing: that this will pass.
We might not be able to see the end of the tunnel, we might not know when things will get better.
But nothing lasts for ever.
And given that there will be an end, we can take solace in the fact that each minute that passes brings us one minute closer to that end; to normality; to a more free, less anxious, more liberated time.
And we can be preparing for that right now.
What will we do differently? What will we do today?
